This title as 'first steps in Norway' explains it pretty well: it covers practical things to know right before you come and a few months after your arrival, I'd say, rather than all the legalities or visa processes. I've been in Norway for over a year, so I've learned a lot of these things already (the hard way haha) but I also learned some new things like money-saving tips I'll be using. Definitely wish I had this a year ago. All in all, I'll be referencing it again probably.
This book does cover Norway and when arriving and what to expect as a newcomer. The tips and instructions are helpful too.
There is a lot of relevant information in this e-book, I especially appreciated the information about social norms, some of which I found very interesting.
